    But activating a bank card in the system takes a long time. I was a little disappointed that the password is only valid for a minute. But you can come up with absolutely any password - at least four units.

    We also decided to conduct the following experiment - we took 2 phones on which the Belarusbank application was installed.

    And then the client of Belarusbank, the holder of any card product, becomes completely free from all time and spatial restrictions. Being anywhere in the world, around the clock, he has the right to spend his own money online to pay for purchases, services, and entertainment. Remotely, by touching the screen several times, you can top up your mobile balance, transfer money to the card accounts of your loved ones and personal ones.

    Who can use

    Interestingly, the mobile bank from Belarusbank can be used by payment card holders of all financial and credit institutions of the Republic of Belarus. Of course, our own clients are in a more advantageous position - the number of transactions in M-banking for them has been expanded.

    M-banking allows you to take care of the personal time of your clients and allows them to make current and one-time payments:

    • without going to bank branches;
    • without wasting time searching for information kiosks and ATMs.

    You can be at home, at work, on vacation, on a business trip and repay the loan on time, transfer money to loved ones, pay for the desired purchase in the online store.

    Connection

    To make the use of M-banking possible, it is necessary to perform a number of simple but very important manipulations:

    1. To use M-banking, you first need to activate the service, which serves to increase security when identifying a client in the system. The notification service via short messages is provided free of charge. You can access it at an information kiosk under the guidance of an experienced specialist or independently on the website of a credit institution. To register, you only need a cell phone number from one of the mobile communication providers in Belarus. As a result, the client receives a code to activate the service.
    2. Download the unique M-Belarusbank application to your mobile device, developed by Mobicon-Media, which is distinguished by its innovative approach in the field of mobile technologies. You can install the application for free using the resource of the AppStore, Play Market, Windows Phone Store application stores on devices with the operating system:
      1. Windows;
      2. Android.
      3. And also iPhone and iPad.
      4. For users who have phones on the Java platform, conditions have been created for downloading the application from the official website of Belarusbank.
    3. Register in the M-banking system:
      1. launch the application by clicking on the M-Belsrukbank icon on the device display;
      2. read the terms of the License Agreement and agree to accept them;
      3. log in using a created password;
      4. enter the mobile phone number of any Belarusian operator;
      5. receive an SMS message with a one-time code to access the system;
      6. enter the digital registration code;
      7. read a pop-up message about a successful operation;
      8. proceed to the procedure for adding cards and activating them.
    4. Cards are activated using a password from the SMS banking service and only those cards that were used during its registration. The procedure is as follows:
      1. enter the category of the card product in the “Name” field;
      2. enter the code to log in to SMS banking;
      3. select a tariff plan for the card that is in the process of being connected;
      4. Click on the “Activate” button.

    The installation procedure for Apple mobile devices with Android and Windows OS is the same.

    Login is carried out automatically after confirming the password.

    After this, you go to the Internet banking page, where you need to enter your login and password. Before entering your Belarusbank personal account, you need to select a method for entering codes to confirm each payment transaction. The default mode is “Code from code card”. If you do not have this card with you, you can select the “One-time CMC code” mode.

    OJSC "JSSB Belarusbank" informs all its users that in order to increase the degree of security, it is not recommended to use the outdated and discontinued Windows XP operating system when working in this system.

    From August 19, 2019, changes are being made to the rules for customer service in the Internet banking system. Now new code cards will not be issued to bank clients. To access the system, you will need to enter a one-time SMS code, which will be sent to the client’s mobile phone number each time you log into the system. The use of code cards that were previously issued to clients will be possible until their resource is exhausted.

    Once in your personal online banking account of Belarusbank, you can perform many banking operations:

    • Pay utility bills;
    • Order ;
    • Transfer from card to card;
    • Top up your deposit;
    • Pay for mobile communications;
    • Apply for a loan;
    • Manage your own bank cards (view balance, transfer from card to card, top up card);

    In your personal account, you can make various settings and display the data you need (cards, deposits, loans) on the main page. If there are no actions in your personal account for a certain time, the session ends. To re-enter the Internet banking system, you need to re-enter your login and password, after which a message with a new SMS code will be sent to your mobile phone number (if you select the “One-time SMS code” mode).

    In general, it should be said that the Belarusbank Internet banking system is a modern payment service, thanks to which it is possible to remotely carry out a wide range of payment transactions using your own bank card or several bank cards. How to log in to the system for the first time with a password change is described in detail in the following video.

    You can connect to Internet banking with your passport at any branch of JSC JSB Belarusbank. You can find the bank branch closest to you using this link.

    Additionally, there is the opportunity to connect online Internet banking. To do this, click on the online registration tab (indicated in the image):

    3. Citizenship.
    4. Type of identification document.
    5. Identification (personal) number.
    6. Passport ID.

    After this, you need to enter your bank card details (in the future, 2 BYN will be debited from it for connecting to the Internet banking system). Next, you need to indicate your address (residence) to which the session code card will be delivered. And at the end of registration, the user independently creates his login, password, and secret password. Under no circumstances should this information be passed on to third parties!

    The session code card will be delivered by express mail within 10 business days after registration. Until you receive this card, there is no opportunity to log into the Belarusbank Internet banking system!

    You can also log in to your Belarusbank personal account using MSI (interbank identification system).

    On the MSI authentication page, you must enter a login (mobile phone number or email address) and password. In case of initial login to Internet banking using MSI, you must register.

    On the registration page, you must indicate your last name, first name, personal passport number, and also set a login (mobile phone number or email address) and password.

    For novice users of the Internet banking system, a video on paying utility bills will be useful.

    Since February 2019, a password change function has been added to the main page of the Internet Banking system. You can use this service by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link. At the same time, when you change your password using this link, your account is unlocked.

    Belarusbank also offers its clients a more simplified version of Internet banking in the form of “M-banking”, which works on mobile devices.

    M-banking is a mobile service that allows holders of Belarusbank cards, as well as cards of other banks of the Republic of Belarus, to make many payment transactions using a mobile phone without using security codes. The M-banking user himself chooses the method of data transfer, which can be carried out by sending SMS messages, or using WAP/GPRS/CSD technologies.

    If the use of Internet banking is free, then a monthly fee is charged for using M-banking, according to these tariff plans:

    To install M-banking, you need to download the appropriate application and follow the following instructions:

    • for Apple mobile devices (iPhone, iPad);
    • for mobile devices with Android OS;
    • for mobile devices with Windows Phone OS.

    After installing this application, the user independently determines the method of logging into M-banking. For example, a client can refuse to enter a certain method (fingerprint or PIN code) and log in using an access key, which includes from 5 to 15 alphanumeric characters (the password for entering the application that was initially created by the user).

    First section - "Cards".


    Here you can go to the ERIP system, view your payment history, and even add any payment to the “Selected Payments” subsection by clicking on the star during payment.

    I would like to note that in the section "Magazine" you can not only view all card transactions, but also repeat the payment directly from the receipt.


    From sections "Services" And "Settings" you can set a 3D-Secure password, block the card, send a statement by email and manage your cards and tariffs in mobile banking. Everything is simple and clear :)

    But the most interesting thing is the translations.


    You can transfer money not only to cards of any banks, but also to a mobile banking user using a phone number that can be easily selected from your address book.

    Next section - "Deposits"— allows you to manage your deposits and view the archive of deposits.

    Another interesting section is called "Services".


    It will help you set up automatic payment, ask a question to the contact center specialists, apply for loans, deposits, cards, and also contains many other useful applications, card checks and statements. In a nutshell, the functionality pleasantly surprised me.

    With the m-bank update, registration in the system has not changed. But the developers have added a convenient and beautiful interface to the extensive functionality :)

    The application is, indeed, very functional. It offers transfers by phone number, applications for various bank products, convenient search for nearest branches and many other useful services :)

    But perhaps the most interesting feature of the Belarusbank mobile bank is the ability to connect cards of any other banks to the application :) However, with a card from another bank, the application’s functions will be slightly limited.
