Reg number 1c how to find out in the program. How to check the licensing of 1C programs? Combination of software and hardware protection

Software protection is tied to the hardware and the installed operating system:

In the box with the program you will find a yellow piece of paper. The registration number of the program will be written at the top, and PIN codes for the program keys will be given at the bottom. How to install it is written in detail on the same sheet.

Types of software licenses

  • All software licenses are divided into client and server. There are three types of client licenses:
  • Single-user - allow you to run an unlimited number of applications in thin and thick client mode, as well as the Configurator on one PC.
  • Multi-user - allow you to run the number of applications specified in the license rating in thick, thin and web client mode, as well as the configurator on an arbitrary number of PCs. The 1C:Enterprise server or web server extension module is responsible for issuing multi-user licenses to clients.

Combined - contains licenses of both types, but only one can be activated; if a single-user pin code was activated first from such a set, then in the future it will no longer be possible to use this license as a multi-user one.

A server license allows you to run an unlimited number of 1C:Enterprise server worker processes (rphost) on one server, divided into 32-bit and 64-bit, while a 64-bit license allows you to run a 32-bit version of the server.

A single-user license is supplied with the main distribution or as a license for one seat. Can be installed on a computer, 1C:Enterprise server, web server extension module or terminal server. If installed on a server, it is combined with other licenses activated on the server and is used, in addition to the terminal server, as a multi-user license.

Multi-user licenses are supplied in sets of 50, 100, 300 and 500 licenses and can only be installed on a 1C:Enterprise server, web server extension module or terminal server; in the latter case, they are used as single-user licenses.

Sets for 5, 10 and 20 users are combined; the license type is selected at the time of activation of the first PIN code.

For single user PIN code versions look something like this:

  • 111-111-111-111-111
  • 222-222-222-222-222
  • 333-333-333-333-333

The first pin code for the initial installation of a license. The remaining two & spares. When the spare key is activated & the first one is deactivated. I recommend marking the name of the computer on which the key is activated, and also saving the organization data requested during activation to a file and printing it out and storing it as the apple of your eye, since when replacing a computer and activating a spare license, they must be entered exactly the same as the first time.

Network (multi-user) versions:

For network versions two types of pin codes are given & single-user and multi-user . Each type has main and spare keys.

Let's say the 5-user version will have: 5 main single-user ones and 2 spare ones, or 1 multi-user version and 2 spare ones.

The question arises: In what cases should one or the other be used?

Let’s say you put the database on the server in a file version, and users will log in over the network and each will have the platform installed locally, in this case we will activate single-user licenses. There is one inconvenience in this case. Now the 8.2 platform often has new releases and you need to periodically update it on all computers from which you access 1C. To prevent damage to the Information Base, you cannot run it from different computers with different platform releases. After such a launch, internal tables may be damaged, and archived copies of programs created during such operation will not open.

If users access the server through terminal access, RITMIX and others, i.e. work directly on the server, then activate the multi-user license. In this case, we update the platform on the server.

I recommend marking each key with the name of the computer on which it was installed and printing a file with the organization data that you enter during activation and storing it in a secluded place, along with the regankets.

How to check the licensing of 1C programs?

A licensed copy of a software product is one that is used in compliance with all the rules established by the copyright holder.

The software products of the copyright holder, the 1C company, overwhelmingly consist of a platform and configuration.

Platform "1C"- this is a specific set of functions that can be supported by your program. If the software product does not include a platform, these features will not be available. At the same time, the platform itself only provides the system with certain capabilities, but in order for them to be actually used, they must be configured in the installed 1C configuration.

Configuration "1C"- this is the most important concept for the user. A configuration is a setting for 1C:Enterprise to work in a specific area. Without configuration, 1C:Enterprise is only a set of potential capabilities, but you will not be able to work in them. Users usually use “standard” configurations that are supplied as part of software products and are completely ready for use.

Since 2016, “electronic deliveries” of some software and client licenses have been put into circulation .

Electronic delivery 1C contains a software product distribution in the form of a zip archive, each copy has its own registration number and PIN code, which is used both to activate the software product and to register the product on the 1C:ITS portal. To install the program on your computer, you need to unpack the archive and run autorun.exe. Then in the dialog you can install the program completely “in one click” or select installation in parts, as well as view the documentation and accompanying materials.Electronic delivery of client licenses includes instructions for obtaining licenses, a registration number, a set of PIN codes for activating the license and a separate PIN code for registration on the 1C:ITS portal. The number of PIN codes to activate a license depends on the number of workstations. Documentation and accompanying materials are supplied in the same format in which documentation on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and application solutions is published on the its.1c.ru resource. The book has a hierarchical structure (“tree”), consisting of chapters, and each chapter is, in turn, a node of the hierarchical structure. This view allows you to immediately see the contents of the book and quickly move to the desired chapter.

The licensing status of a 1C program can be determined by two types of characteristics: external and actual. At the same time, external signs indicate which 1C software products you can use, but actual signs confirm that the program you are using is the one you have the right to use.

The main signs of licensing of 1C programs:

A working "1C" program on a local computer or on a network must be used legally (without hacking or emulators) and must also have confirmation of its licensing (presence of a registration form and a security key) and the absence of unlicensed features (key emulators).

As a rule, platforms are protected from unauthorized use with an electronic key. Confirmation of the licensing of the configuration is the registration form and documents indicating the legal purchase of the software (tax invoice). To determine the licensing features of the configuration you have installed, we recommend contacting specialists from the 1C partner network.

This manual discusses standard 1C software products (platform + standard configuration created by 1C). Completely different configurations can be written for different 1C platforms, based on the accounting conditions in specific business sectors. And the authors of such configurations can be, accordingly, various developers, not necessarily 1C employees. However, developers can determine their own rules for using software products, so they are not considered within the scope of this manual.

A brief algorithm for checking the licensing of 1C programs

A) Determine external signs.

B) We compare external signs with actual ones:

We find all the 1C programs installed on the computer.

We check the functionality of the detected programs.

We check the actually installed programs.

We check 1C programs for the presence of a key.

We make sure that there is no key emulator.

We make sure that there are no violations and all 1C programs are used legally.

A) External signs of licensing

External features include a set that usually contains:

Registration form;

The key is protected from unauthorized access;

Registration number;

1 or 2 disks of the economic program;

Box "1C";

Documentation for the program (from 2 to 12 books);

Tax invoice (with correct indication of the name of the product);

Brand AGEPI

Registration form

Versions 8

Versions 7.7

The 1C registration form (Figure 2) is the main document certifying the authenticity of the 1C program installed on a personal computer. All installed and running 1C programs must have a registration form. Distinctive features of the registration form:

a yellow form consisting of 2 (for "1C:Enterprise 7.7") or 3 parts (for "1C:Enterprise 8"), one of which indicates the full name of the product (1) and registration number (2). This part remains with the user and is confirmation that he has the right to use this software product, and the other part of the questionnaire is intended directly for registering the program and is transferred to the 1C company. In the case of "1C:Enterprise 8", the third (middle) part of the questionnaire also remains with the user.

By the way, do you know what the meaning of registration is? The 1C company provides users of 1C system products with full support: updating releases and discounts when purchasing newer versions of products. But you can only receive such benefits by registering your program with 1C.

In order to register, send the completed part of your registration form by mail or an easier way is to give it to the 1C:Franchisee company from which you purchased the program, or to the 1C distributor in your region for quick and accurate entry of your data into the database 1C users. You can contact the same franchisee or distributor to find out whether your program is currently registered with 1C or not. And if the user loses the registration form, having a registration with the 1C company will easily allow you to identify the lost part of the form and confirm the licensing of your software product.

Security keys for the 1C platform

Hardware key to protect against unauthorized access. All 1C programs should work with the key, with the exception of basic and educational versions. Distinctive features: a special device designed for running 1C programs, which is physically connected to the USB or LPT port of your computer, or if you are working in the network version, located on one of the computers on your network, which is a server.

"1C" keys differ in color:

"1C:Enterprise 8" local version - purple USB key

"1C:Enterprise 8" network version - red USB key

"1C:Enterprise 7.7" local version - white LPT key or purple USB

"1C:Enterprise 7.7" network version - red LPT key or red USB

Most of the licensed economic products "1C" are supplied with a key to protect against unauthorized access. The only exceptions are the basic versions of the programs “1C:Enterprise 7.7”, “1C:Enterprise 8”, some accounting products “1C” of earlier versions, which work without a security key and are simply “linked” to the computer. Some 1C configurations may have an additional key.

Program registration number

The identification number of your specific software product package. All installed and running 1C programs must have a registration number.

Distinctive features:

The registration number contains 7 digits and is indicated on the box, CDs, registration form, books and documentation. For all of the above components of one set, the registration number must be the same.

Actual signs of licensing

To determine the actual signs of licensing, you need to check all 1C programs installed on your computer. It is clear that this procedure can be carried out as efficiently as possible only by professionals specializing in the implementation of 1C software. For example, such services can be provided by qualified franchisees or regional distributors of 1C.

However, if you have sufficient experience working with computer equipment, such a check can be carried out on your organization’s own. We bring to your attention an express method that experts use to identify signs of violations of the procedure for licensed use of 1C software products.

Instructions for determining the licensing of the 1C program

Step one

Search for all 1C programs on your computer.

It often happens that several software products are installed on a user’s computer. At the same time, you may not even know about the existence of all of them, working only in one proven program, and meanwhile, perhaps your computer stores several more unlicensed versions on its hard drives. How to find out about this?

Use standard Windows tools to search for files. To do this, in the "Start" menu, select "Find" "Files and Folders", then enter "1cv*.exe" in the search bar. If the search does not produce results, you can move on to the next computer. If 1C program files are present on the hard drives of any computer being checked, the search results window may look something like this:

Step two

Checking the functionality of detected programs

You must try to run each of the detected files sequentially. To do this, double-click on the corresponding file in the search results window.

If there are too many files and they are stored in directories with the characteristic names "patch" or "crack", there is cause for concern. It is better not to touch files from the “patch” or “crack” directories until you consult with specialists because these files can be modified or infected.

So, the operability of a particular program file is indicated by the appearance of configuration selection windows.

Windows may look different:

If such windows do not appear on the screen, the program simply will not start working or will display an error message, after which it will be automatically closed. For example, the message could be like this:

As a result, if the program does not start when you double-click on the corresponding file, this indicates that this file is most likely not used for work and should be deleted with the help of a specialist.

If the 1C program has started, proceed to the next step.

Step three

Checking the actually installed program.

Now let's determine which program is actually installed on your computer.

How to do this? We launch the 1C program. When launched, the name of the program, the installed configuration and its version are written on the computer screen.

If you have already opened the “1C” program and did not have time to see the name of the product when you turned it on, go to the “Help” section in the “Main Menu” of the program, find the “about the program” tab in it and read! Here you can find complete information about the installed platform, its version, as well as information about installed configurations and their releases. For example:

"1C: enterprise 8.2 (8.2.11.236). Configuration "Accounting for Moldova", edition 1.1 (1.1.25.1)"

Now compare the data you see on the “About the program” tab with those indicated in your registration form. The name of the program and configuration must match. Otherwise, this indicates that the software product you have installed may be unlicensed. The same operation must be performed with all 1C software products that are available on your computer.

Step four

Checking 1C programs for the presence of a key.

Knowing the version of the program, it is not difficult to determine whether such a technical means of protection as a hardware security key is provided for it. Let us remind you! Only basic or training versions of 1C:Enterprise system products work without a key. It is impossible to download all other licensed 1C programs without a key! The instructions for installing the program will confirm this to you.

Additionally, you need to make sure that all programs do not have a damaged protection system - the so-called “technical protection measures” provided by the copyright holder. The fact is that, in accordance with recent changes in legislation, “hacking” of such protection means (even if you purchase the program) is equivalent to copyright infringement.

If you determine that the key is included with the program, you need to check whether you actually have it. Where to look for it?

  1. If you have a local version of the 1C program installed...

If you work in "1C:Enterprise 7.7" or "1C:Enterprise 8" locally (that is, the single-user program is installed only on your computer), the protection key must be inserted into the LPT or USB port of your computer. If the key is physically detected, connected, the program starts with it, and everything works, it is likely that your program is licensed. However, there is one more "but". Even if you find the key in stock and everything already says that your 1C program is licensed, all the same, to be completely sure, you need to carry out one more small check.

In the practice of using unlicensed versions of "1C", there are cases when the key was installed from one program "1C: Enterprise", say, "1C: Accounting 7.7" and the user was working in "1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7", which was hacked . And the user did not know anything about the fact that the key in his case was only “To divert eyes.”

Checking licensing in this case is also very simple: close your program, disconnect the protection key from the computer and start the program again. If it starts, then the suspicions turned out to be correct, it works without a key, and therefore is unlicensed.

  1. If you have a network version of the 1C program installed...

If your organization has the network version "1C:Enterprise 7.7" or "1C:Enterprise 8" installed, the key to your program must be located on the network or on the server.

If you have access to the server, check whether the key is installed there and whether this key belongs to your program. There is a key - that means everything is in order.

There is no key. In the case of the network version, this is the first “call” that your program is unlicensed. You can finally be convinced of this by checking the operation of the key “locally”. You simply close your working 1C program and exit the “network”. To perform such a check, it is necessary to disconnect all network connections, and if this is not possible, then simply physically disconnect the network cable from the computer.

Next, try running the found files again. If, after disconnecting the computer from the network, the program stops starting, it means that the protection system is functioning properly and you can move on to testing other files.

If disconnecting the computer from the network did not in any way affect the functionality of the program, and it continues to run, we dare to upset you that you have an unlicensed copy.

Step five

Checking your computer for a key emulator

The last important factor during the licensing audit of 1C programs is the detection of a key emulator. It may seem to you that this step is a little repeating the previous ones. However, we consider it necessary to focus your attention on emulators once again, since it is the use of emulators that representatives of inspection bodies look primarily at. It is necessary to inspect the system unit of a computer disconnected from the network and determine whether a hardware security key is connected to it. If the key is not detected and your program starts without it, most likely you have installed a so-called key emulator - a cracking program written specifically for hacking 1C software. Most often, such hackers are programs whose names contain the word “Sable”.

How to find them? Perhaps - by looking at the list of all programs installed on the hard drive of the computer with the 1C program. And the easiest way, again, is to run the program locally without a dongle and a network connection. If, after disconnecting the key, starting the program becomes impossible, the protection system is functioning properly and you can proceed to testing other detected files.

If the hardware key is not connected to the computer or is missing altogether, and the program starts, it is quite possible that the program’s security system has been hacked and it is being used in violation of the license terms.

All program files (except for training and basic versions) with a damaged protection system must be deleted from the computer.

After completing the scan of 1C programs on one computer, we recommend performing the scan procedure for all computers on the network. This procedure will allow you to check the licensing of the 1C platform installed on you.

Attention! The presence of a key emulator is a reason for litigation. Therefore, if emulators are found, we recommend removing them with the help of a specialist.

P.S.

Updates to programs produced by the 1C company, as well as the programs themselves, are objects of the exclusive right of the 1C company and are distributed according to the rules established by the 1C company as the copyright holder in accordance with Art. 301 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova.

According to the rules described in the registration form for your software product, information, technological and service support is provided only through a subscription (agreement) for Information Technology Support (ITS).

The right to use program updates and ITS information resources is granted only to those users who have registered the program with 1C and have issued a subscription (agreement) to ITS through 1C partners.

The 1C company allows subscriptions (agreements) for ITS only to its official partners who have the appropriate license/sublicense agreement.

The user can check the availability of a subscription on the website (http://www.1c.ru/its).

Unauthorized distribution and use of updates and information resources is considered a violation of copyright and is prosecuted under Article 96.1 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova on Administrative Offenses and Art. 185.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova.

Restoring a software license.

There are situations when a computer on which a registered software license stops working, or the operating system is reinstalled. As a result, it is necessary to restore 1C software license.

So platform "1C Enterprise" installed on a new computer, or on a computer where the operating system has been reinstalled. How to do this is described. Let's launch 1C, the system starts begging for a license, click the “Get a license” link:

Open the PIN code set document and look for PIN – code 1C, registered on a computer with a reinstalled system. Enter and click “Next”

If all backup PIN codes have been used up, you can request an additional backup PIN code from the licensing center by sending a letter to: [email protected]. The letter must indicate the name of the organization, INN, delivery registration number, as well as the reason why it is necessary to send an additional PIN code.

Important!!! Be sure to note changes in the kit PIN codes 1C.

If for some reason your registration data is lost, you can request it from the licensing center by sending a letter to: [email protected]. The letter must indicate the name of the organization, Taxpayer Identification Number, delivery registration number, as well as the reason why registration data must be sent.

If the entered data matches, the system will inform you that the license was successfully obtained.

Our PIN code has 16 digits instead of 15. What should we do?

You need to write to support [email protected]. In the letter, indicate the name of the organization, INN, Registration number of the 1C software product, and also indicate the reason, for example, “lost registration data, please provide it to us.” You will be answered within a few hours.

No need to fill. I've been waiting for more than a day. Last time it was one and a half times.

My PIN code is 16 digits, but there are only 15 cells in the input window, one digit is not entered and therefore they ask for the PIN code again. to restore your license. Where can I find the answer?

When installing the basic version, to enter the 16-digit PIN code I did this:
First you need to install the 1C Enterprise platform in the usual way. There will be no tricks there, just click “Next” several times. We set the configuration in the same way. The platform distribution and configurations are located on the installation disk. When installing the configuration, write down the path where it was installed, it will be needed later.
After installing 1c Enterprise launches, when starting, click the “Settings” button.
In the resulting window, click the “plus” button in the directories and templates section (section “Catalogs of configuration and update templates”, immediately below +)
In the overview window, select the directory with the installed configuration. We return to the settings window and uncheck the “use hardware key” checkbox.
We return to the main launch window and click the “Add” button. Select the item “Create an information base”. Select the item “create a database from a template” and select our template. Enter the name of our database. When you launch 1C for the first time, Enterprise will inform you of your desire to obtain a license from the 1C licensing server. The PC must have Internet access. If the server responds, you can enter the 16-character code and activate the platform.
Now everything is ready, you can start working with the program.

Hello! and if a private person sends a letter, what information should be filled in?

    Good dear colleagues.
The thing is that when I upgrade Windows 7 to 10, when I start 1C, a window appears where it says that the license was not detected.
Due to the fact that I am not the first employee of this company, I do not have a login and PIN code.
could you tell me what to do?

I did a 1C restoration in connection with updating Windows from 8 to 10, and used a backup PIN code for this. everything went well, BUT! 1 C never loads, but instead the “Licensing Management” window crashes and the messages say “there is no connection to the licensing server”

Good afternoon. Installed 1C on another computer. Last PIN code left. I entered everything, data, etc. It says that the license has been received. At this moment, the accountant opened 1C on the old computer. After the reboot it asks to get a license again. And on one computer and on the other. The essence is probably that on the new one I activated a new Pin, at that moment on the old one they opened 1c under the old Pin. Now when you enter this PIN code, it says that it is already activated. What should I do? Tell me, I've run out of PIN codes.

    and here’s what he writes……..
    1C:Enterprise 8. Catering
The requested key was not found on the MSI server
    Error code = 10034 (URL = *LOCAL)

    Good afternoon.
There are 1C and software licenses for it. I want to migrate to a virtual environment, but I don’t know how 1C will behave. since the virtual environment can be updated + virtual hardware + hosts on which this VM will be located, will activation constantly fail in this case?

This is not the first time I’ve automatically updated the basic 2.0 through the configurator (check the box to search for updates on the website), everything goes fine. Today, after the update, when starting the Enterprise/configurator, it asks for a license and only allows you to enter the PIN code from the professional version. What to do?

And if the PIN code is lost, is it possible to restore the license?

Good afternoon, yes it is possible. But you need to know the registration number of the main delivery. Write to [email protected], delivery registration number, name of organization, TIN, description of the problem.

Hello! Please tell me, in the accounting department there are 2 workstations, on the first the 1C program: Accounting of a government agency 8 is launched using a USB key, on the second it was launched over the network. Yesterday, when launched on the second computer, the program began to require a license, on the first, where the USB key, everything works fine. How can we fix the situation?
