Steam inventory helper extension for trading on the Steam marketplace. Steam Inventory Helper plugin for Yandex Browser Download extension for steam

If you actively use the Steam Marketplace, you will probably need the Steam Inventory Helper utility, which will significantly simplify the process of putting items up for sale and allow you to monitor the pricing policy of items in detail.

Benefits of Steam Inventory Helper

    • When exchanging items with other users, you will see the average cost of an item on the Marketplace. In this way, you can exchange items most profitably and make a profit;
  • The ability to quickly sell a large number of items from inventory without the need to confirm actions through an authenticator;
  • Ability to monitor prices of items in third-party stores;
  • The ability to instantly purchase an item - without confirmation or additional actions;
  • You can find out about sold items directly in your browser thanks to the corresponding alerts.

How to use Steam Inventory Helper

The Steam Inventory Helper extension can be used in the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome,
  • Yandex Browser,
  • 360 Extreme Explorer,
  • vivaldi,
  • Opera
  • Mozilla Firefox.

To install the extension in Chrome, click “Install” and then wait for the utility to load. After this, when using Steam through your browser (when using the client, the extension does not work), the interface will be replenished with new elements. For example, a “Sell cheaper” button will appear next to the “Sell” button, which will allow you to reduce the price and sell your product faster without unnecessary hassles with setting the price.

To use the extension in Opera and Mozilla Firefox, do the following:

  • In the browser, click the “Menu” button;
  • Go to the "Extensions" section;
  • Now enter “Download Chrome Extension” for Opera and “Chrome Store Foxified” for Mozilla Firefox into the search bar;
  • Install the extension;
  • After that, follow the link in your browser and click “Install”;
  • Initially the extension will be disabled. To unlock it at the top of the display, click on the “Go” button;
  • In the new window, click “Install” again, after which Steam Inventory Helper will be fully activated in Opera or Mozilla Firefox.

How to sell or buy multiple items at once using Steam Inventory Helper

It's very simple. In your inventory, when you put items up for sale with the extension enabled, you will have a window with adding several items at once. Select all of your items that you want to sell by clicking "Select All" and then clicking "Quick Sell". All items that can be sold will be automatically highlighted and offered for sale at the lowest price on the Marketplace.

Similar to selling, you can also make quick purchases: select the items you need and click buy. You will not receive any confirmation, which will significantly speed up the process.

To further customize the program, click on the Steam icon in the upper right corner of the browser. In the new window, you can add or remove a regional currency, change the interface color, add new buttons for making an exchange, and set the maximum waiting time when putting items up for sale.

Steam inventory helper(clickable) is an extension for Google Chrome that will greatly simplify the routine actions of a trader, and even an ordinary player or seller.

This extension can:

1. Quickly buy items on the Steam Market— for this there is one Quick buy button, by clicking on which you will immediately buy the item and you won’t have to check the box, etc.

2. Quick sale of an item on the marketplace- well, everyone who sold at least something on a TP has encountered this. The essence of this function is that when you click on this button, the item will be sold at a price that is one penny less than the last bid for this item

3. Quick set purchase button- if you have an item from at least one set, then in your inventory, on this item, the “Buy missing parts” button will appear, which means “purchase the missing parts.” This is a very useful feature, in my opinion.

4. Checking the cost of items and gems inside the steam inventory- the most useful function of all available. I trade often and sometimes, in order not to get into an awkward situation in which you go into the red, you have to copy the name of the item and find its cost on the trading platform. But with this extension you will see the cost of things even in someone else's inventory.

5. Information about using the item— it will simply show whether the hero is wearing this item or not, it’s a so-so trick, I don’t know how it can help.

Here is a screenshot of all the last 4 functions I described:

It also has a number of other useful features, but they are nothing compared to these, you will recognize them yourself if you use this extension.

Steam has its own marketplace - a place where users buy/exchange/sell various items for games and their profile. And frequent users of the trading platform know very well that you constantly need to perform the same actions, and how boring it is. In addition to routine actions, there is a high probability of not having time to buy the goods. There is a lot of competition, so every fraction of a second matters.

There are several ways to make the processes of buying, selling and exchanging easier and more convenient. Various computer programs and browser extensions will help in this matter, and it is best to use the second option. Extensions are not demanding on PC resources, can work even after closing the browser (if you enable this option in the browser itself) and functionally satisfy all basic user requests.

This extension is installed in Yandex.Browser, and this is what it can do:

1. speeds up the purchase of an item on the Steam marketplace: the user does not need to check boxes to confirm actions;
2. speeds up sales - to put an item up for sale, just press one button, and it will appear on the Steam marketplace. The price of such an item will be 1 kopeck lower than the current price from another seller;

3. helps to quickly buy the missing elements of a set - if the user has one or more items from one set, then using the Buy missing parts function you can purchase the missing elements;
4. if an exchange is made, the extension calculates the price of all items, and thus determines whether the exchange will be profitable;

5. indicates the cost of things at the moment when the user is in someone else’s inventory;

6. when viewing the inventory, indicates whether a specific item is worn by the hero or whether it is used, for example, as a HUD, etc.;

7. Displays notifications in the bottom corner of the browser about new friends, exchanges and comments;
8. makes a purchase and sale and automatically confirms the agreement of the trading platform;
9. has an automatic price regulator;
10. displays which items from the set the user has and which ones are missing.

The extension also has several other interesting features that will come in handy while using the program.

Installing Steam Inventory Helper

Introduction

1) Steam Inventory Helper

Top 1 of all extensions. For those who are involved in trading, purchasing games and everything related to exchange. Works with all items in your inventory.

You can download it from the official Google website by writing in the search "steam inventory helper"
If you use other browsers, download from their stores.

Functional:

2) Enhanced Steam

And this extension is useful for almost every Steam user. It harmoniously complements Steam with a lot of new functionality.

You can download it from the official website:

Functional:

  • The extension can highlight and also put tags in the store on products that you already have, that are on your wish list, for which you have a coupon, that are in your inventory, and for which you have a guest pass. All colors are customizable. Works both in search and in a regular list.
  • Synchronization with third-party sites. Enhanced Steam can collect information from some good sites and display it directly on the product page. For example, this way you can quickly find out the game’s rating on Metacritic or Opencritic. And right on the page there will be links to various useful resources like SteamDB, Steam Card Exchange or PCGaming Wiki. It also displays approximate statistics of purchased copies, the number of players, players for 2 weeks and the average duration of the game.
  • Game performance evaluation. A new section will appear on the game page, which will show the results of a user survey on the performance of this game. While the survey can be completed by anyone who has purchased the game, the results generally provide a rough picture of performance. They are also able to identify certain problems, for example, lack of support for modern resolution.
  • Quick sale and transformation into gems. This extension, like the previous one, has built-in functionality for quickly selling items directly from your inventory. Although for this it is better to use the previous extension. This feature can be disabled in the settings. But turning an item into gems is not available in other expansions.
  • Enhanced Steam adds a number of useful links to popular resources such as SteamRep, SteamDB, BackpackTF and others to user profiles. Links are customizable and have multiple icon styles. The function also adds a permanent link to the profile.
  • Custom themes and profile backgrounds. The extension has the ability to select multiple themes and any wallpaper available on Steam, which will be displayed to you and everyone who uses Enhanced Steam. Unfortunately, users without this extension will not notice the changes.
  • Third party DRM warnings. Plates will appear on the store pages notifying whether this game requires any third-party program to run (for example, Rockstar SocialClub, Ubisoft Uplay, GFWL, Denuvo and others)
  • A bunch of other little things: "Early Access" tiles in the list of games, displaying the amount of all funds spent on the account page, displaying the amount of all transactions on the Trade Promotion, cleaning the site itself from various, useless elements (trademark symbols in product names, the "install" button Steam", "About Steam", etc.), warnings about region mismatch, automatic age verification if necessary, HTML5 player instead of outdated Flash, a button to check system requirements, the date of purchase of the application on the game page, information about product prices in different regions, and many, many other functionalities.
  • The extension is notable for the fact that it has been in development for a very, very long time and is constantly receiving updates. Almost any function can be enabled/disabled at will. I recommend it to every Steam user!

Answers to frequently asked questions

Q: Won't Steam ban me for all these programs?
A: No, all these programs are safe and do not violate Steam rules. Only ASF with a large number of accounts (>100) is potentially dangerous; read the documentation before using it.

Q: When using these programs, will my account and inventory items be stolen?
Oh no. At the time of writing this material, all programs in it have been tested and are safe. In theory, it is possible that the author of any of these programs could release a malicious update, but this option is extremely unlikely. We recommend using Steam Guard if you are afraid or have little understanding of account security.

Q: What are the links to GitHub and how to download from it?
A: GitHub - application hosting, etc. In our case, it contains links for open source programs. If you don’t understand anything about this, then download ready-made assemblies from the “Releases” section.
