Camera

The main minus, which was discovered by me was the absence of any stabilization. If during the photographing process somehow can be fixed, then during video filming it is extremely difficult. Below, on the example of 4K video, you can clearly see what is needed at least optical stabilization, and even more so in flagship models.

I carefully searched all the camera settings menu, but I did not find something connected with the stabilization.

Even for me it remains not clear how to resize the photo. The default is the highest resolution. There are three image formats: full screen, standard and square. There are no other changes with the size of the picture. At the very least I did not even find such a item. In any case, with acute need, all these shortcomings can be eliminated by installing a suitable third-party camera application.

As for the quality of photographs and video, here I personally saw a huge jerk forward, even compared to current flagships released for the operator Japanese market. First, it is a more realistic color rendition. Unfortunately I had no possibility to compare the results of the work of the Aquos S2 cameras and the actual Aquos R for Japan itself. Therefore, I will not rashly declare the victory of the Chinese Sharp.
