Preparing the space

  • Find for yourself 20-30 minutes of time when no one will bother you, you can turn off your phone and devote time only to yourself.

  • Prepare a sheet of writing paper (or the form that comes with the article) and a fountain pen.
  • Set up a comfortable place for yourself. To make it comfortable for you to sit, draw, write. You might want to bring a blanket, drinking water, handkerchiefs, etc.

Formulating the question

Formulate and write down the question you want to clarify.

This is not fortune-telling, so questions about the future like “When will I get married?” Will not work.

These can be questions such as “Why is this happening?”, “How can I cope with this?”, “What do I need to do to ...?”, “How can I help myself in this situation?”, “For what is this situation for me?
