Attention! The "Mobile Bank" service from MTS is not provided to those who have a deposit or a current account in the bank. Only holders of plastic cards from MTS Bank can use the capabilities of remote management of their finances!

For security reasons, the first thing it is recommended to do when starting to use web banking is to change your username and password. To do this, you need to go to the top panel of the user menu in the "Settings" item, then to the sections "Change password" and "Change Login".

Important! Changing the password is necessary when you first visit your Personal Account - the password given to you in the terminal or by a bank employee is valid for only 48 hours! In case of expiration, the user will have to receive a new temporary password!

How to enter and start using the mobile bank using the mobile application? When using the mobile application, you will have to enter the login and password once, then, if you wish, come up with a four-digit PIN code (access code) and then log into the application using it. Before entering with a short four-digit access code, you will receive an SMS message on your phone with an additional secret password of 6 digits, which you will need to enter in the proposed field.

The main page of the mobile application looks a little different from its web version, but it is also intuitive.

You can change your login and password in the "Settings" item, and all information on cards and accounts, as well as operations with them, are opened when you go to the top item of the "Mobile Bank" menu.

Important! All calculations made using the loan calculator on the site are preliminary. The bank determines the specific amount of lending individually after considering a specific application.

For small businesses, the bank offers a list of loans and borrowings. To get acquainted, you need to go to the appropriate section on the page "Small business". These are investment and revolving loans, overdraft and bank guarantee.

In a special section on the same page, you can familiarize yourself with the offered banking products and corporate clients. This is the purchase of bonds in rubles and foreign currency, the purchase of bills, brokerage services.

Payment for services and transfers

Working through the Personal Account with your own and credit funds located in the client's MTS bank implies the ability to make a variety of money transfers, repay loans, pay for purchases and payments.

In the "Pay" section, the user has access to a significant list of goods and services. These are cellular and landline communications, payment for transport cards, some types of insurance, transfers to e-wallets, television, utility bills, a list of Internet providers' services, and more.

When making electronic payments on third-party sites, MTS Bank uses a payment protection system - an additional security code on the back of a plastic card, as well as SMS confirmation of operations. This data is intended solely for personal use and its communication to a third party is unsafe!

Working in a mobile application

How to manage cards and accounts, make payments and transfers, make purchases from a mobile application? Managing and working with accounts and cards from the MTS Bank mobile application differs from ordinary web banking only in the form of the menu and a small additional functionality. All the same types of financial transactions are available to the client working from the application.

The main menu of the mobile application is called in the upper left corner by clicking on three strips and consists of the following main sections.

The section "My Finance" displays all your cards, accounts, loans and deposits. By clicking on a specific item, you can see all the details.

The Payments section allows you to carry out any payment transactions from your cards and accounts opened with MTS Bank.

Access recovery

How to restore access to the mobile bank if you have forgotten your Login or password from entering your Personal Account? To restore the Login or password for entering the mobile bank, you need to contact the operator by phone 8 800 250-0-520 or make a call directly from the application by clicking on the button with a hint.

Attention! If you entered the password or Login incorrectly 5 times, access to the mobile application and the browser version of the Personal Account will be blocked.

The bank employee will send you an informational SMS message in response to your request, which will contain a new login and password. You can also do this in the terminal of MTS Bank or from a bank consultant during a personal visit to a branch or representative office. When you call the operator, be prepared to give your passport details and the details of the plastic card issued by the bank.

Important! If access to the Personal Account is blocked in the MTS Bank mobile application in case of 5 incorrect attempts, new 5 attempts can be obtained by uninstalling and re-installing the application on the user's phone. This option can be used if there are difficulties with dialing to the Bank's support service, and you need to use the application urgently.

Leaving your personal account and closing the card

In order to safely use remote access to your finances, you need to follow simple precautions:

  • Do not share passwords, temporary access codes and confirmations from SMS notifications to anyone.
  • Do not tell anyone the secret code of the CVV2 / CVC2 card on the back side.
  • Always force logout after finishing work in web banking.

Attention! When working with Internet banking and its web version, make sure that there is a "Lock" icon in the upper or lower right corner of the monitor - this icon denotes an encrypted and secure connection with bank servers. Be vigilant: there are sites that look like outwardly almost complete copies of banking sites that are created to steal your personal data (logins, passwords, card numbers, etc.).

Output

After the end of the working session on using the capabilities of the Personal Account, you need to leave it for security reasons.

In the mobile application, the exit is done by simply closing the application.

In the browser version of the account on the MTS.ru bank website, exit is done by clicking the corresponding button in the upper right corner of the menu.

Closing and blocking the card

If you stop using one of the cards, you can block the card directly in your Personal Account. Having opened the card you need, you will see a red button “Block” under the card data.

When blocking the card, you will need to select the reason for blocking from the proposed in the drop-down list on the next page. Remember that in some cases, you can only unblock or reissue a card if it is lost for a fee.

Important! It is possible to completely close the card, both debit and credit, only by contacting the bank or its representative in person. Accounts are not closed by card blocking.
