Another one of the ASUS kind. Review of ASUS X553MA notebook. Laptop Asus x553m specifications. Price. Reviews Plagiarism or own innovation

A few months ago, the company introduced the Zenfone 3 line of devices. It includes several models with characteristics from budget devices to devices of the upper price category such as Zenfone 3 Deluxe and Zenfone 3 Ultra. At the bottom of this spectrum is the Zenfone 3 Max. In it, the developers have made a choice in favor of the battery life due to functionality and speed. Like previous Max smartphones, the Zenfone 3 Max offers a large battery that should last one or two days of even heavy use.

Scroll Asus specifications The Zenfone 3 Max ZC553KL is far from plain looking and has a lot to see besides the 4100mAh battery. In particular, it features a 5.5-inch 1080p screen, a 16MP rear camera and a fingerprint scanner. The complete list of characteristics is as follows:

  • 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, IPS LCD; 2.5D glass
  • processor 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430, 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53; Adreno 505 GPU
  • 32GB eMCP memory and 3GB RAM; there is a microSD slot
  • Cameras: 16MP rear, f2.0 aperture, laser and phase detection autofocus, dual LED flash ;, 1080p video recording with 3-axis electronic image stabilization; front 8 megapixel with aperture f2.2
  • FM radio
  • two SIM slot, 4G LTE with VoLTE
  • Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n; Bluetooth 4.1; GPS / GLONASS / BeiDou
  • microUSB; 3.5mm jack
  • battery 4100 mAh
  • operating system Android 6.0 Marshmallow with ZenUI 3.0
As you can see from the specifications, we are talking about a large model Zenfone 3 Max (ZC553KL). Also on sale is a more compact 5.2-inch smartphone with a lower resolution screen, processor MediaTek, lower resolution cameras and reduced memory size.

In addition, the specifications correspond to the parameters of budget smartphones. The closest competitor to Zenfone 3 Max is Redmi Note 3. It also has an impressive battery, and besides it offers Snapdragon processor 650, which is far superior to the Snapdragon 430 from Zenfone 3 Max. Below we will find out what a difference this brings with it.

Contents of delivery

The Zenfone 3 Max comes in a fairly simple package with few accessories. As mentioned above, there is USB adapter OTG to recharge other devices. It can also be used to connect accessories such as flash drives or keyboards to a smartphone.

In addition, there is Charger 5V, 2A. Fast trickle charging is not supported, which is disappointing given the size of the battery.

Also in the box is a microUSB cable, a tool to open the SIM card compartment, and some papers. There are no headphones here and you will have to get your own.

Hardware components

Zenfone 3 Max has a similar appearance compared to other members of the Zenfone 3 line and the rest of Asus products. The overall look of the smartphone is quite simple, but the developers have tried to make it more interesting in some places, giving a shiny silver accent to the back and side buttons.

The front is the screen, the screen-to-body ratio is 73%. It is protected by a scratch-resistant glass with an oleophobic coating. Asus did not specify the brand of protective glass, but in our tests it was just as good as Corning Gorilla Glass 4 in terms of scratch resistance. 2.5D means there is a slight curvature around the edges, which makes it sleeker and makes it easier to swipe across the screen.

Above the screen is the headphone jack, front camera, proximity sensor and ambient light. In the right corner is hidden led indicator for notifications.

There are three capacitive navigation buttons under the screen. As in others smartphones Asus, these buttons are not backlit, so it is difficult to press them in the dark.

On the right side of the smartphone are the power buttons and volume control. The buttons are conveniently located and easy to reach. When pressed, a sensitive tactile response is given, the buttons sit firmly and do not wobble.

On the left side of the case there is a hybrid SIM-card compartment, where you can place one micro SIM and one nano SIM or one micro SIM and one microSD.

At the bottom side of the body is the main microphone on the left, the microUSB connector in the center and the speaker on the right. At the top is the headphone jack and a second microphone.

On the back of the device is a 16 megapixel camera with a dual LED flash on the left and an infrared sensor with laser autofocus on the right. The glass on the camera lens is not scratch resistant and should be handled with care. Below is the fingerprint scanner.

The back surface is plated with metal in the center, the upper and lower parts are made of plastic. The plastic areas don't blend very well with the metal and therefore jagged edges are encountered here.

While design judgments are subjective, the Zenfone 3 Max looks pretty stylish and should appeal to a lot of buyers. The finish is quite adequate, the build quality is generally good and the device gives a sense of solidity and confidence.

Thanks to the compact body for a 5.5-inch device, the smartphone is comfortable to hold in your hand. Despite the large battery, the device does not feel uncomfortable or bulky. At the same time, for many, it will still be too large.

Zenfone 3 Max Screen

Zenfone 3 Max has a 5.5-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The screen quality is quite impressive for a device in this price range. The image is clear with sufficient brightness and good viewing angles. The colors are a little muted, but still look pretty accurate.

The color temperature is closer to the cold end of the spectrum, and the screen is generally good.

Software and performance

The smartphone is running an operating room Android systems 6.0.1 Marshmallow with user interface ZenUI 3.0. This interface is well designed and extremely useful functions... Unfortunately, many spoil it preinstalled apps from Asus and third-party developers like Facebook.

Asus should have made most or all of these applications optional so that users can choose whether to install them or not. Now you have to spend time to remove, hide or disable them, as well as some annoying ZenUI features. Unfortunately, most users will never deal with these disconnections and deletions, so the system will not be the most convenient for them.

In terms of performance, the Zenfone 3 Max performs well in everyday use. Despite not best processor With the Snapdragon 430, there are no problems with the speed of applications, opening, closing and scrolling many applications is smooth. Even in Chrome, only the heaviest pages with lots of ads can slow it down.

Unfortunately, the lack of performance is felt in games where the Snapdragon 430 is not able to compete with the Snapdragon 650 in the Redmi Note 3. The latter can play all modern 3D games, but the Zenfone 3 Max has difficulties in many, coping better with simple 2D games. ...

The multimedia performance is more or less satisfactory. The screen is of sufficient quality for watching movies and TV shows on the go, the sound quality in the headphones also did not disappoint. The speaker sounds a little rattling and not particularly loud, but it's enough for watching YouTube in a quiet place.

Camera

Zenfone 3 Max has a 16MP rear camera and a 1/3 '' sensor with an aperture of f2.0. It uses the Asus TriTech autofocus system, which is a combination of contrast detection, phase detection and laser autofocus. There is a dual LED flash.

The camera app is quite complete, there are several shooting modes, including manual mode... It allows you to independently set the shutter speed, white balance, ISO and focus. The controls are conveniently located and if you're using auto mode, the app will prompt you to turn on HDR or Night modes as appropriate, and provide a quick switch at the bottom of the screen so you don't have to search for it in the menu.

In terms of photo quality, have rear camera they on good level... Colors look pretty accurate, the same can be said for contrast and white balance. And this is in Auto mode without optimizations. The quality of photos of a smartphone is not inferior to the possibilities.

The situation for the rear camera becomes less favorable in terms of dynamic range, which is quite poor here. Well-lit objects are often too bright, even lowering the exposure does not help when everything else in the picture is almost black. Redmi Note 3 performs better in high contrast situations. HDR mode helps, so it's best not to turn it off when shooting outdoors in bright light.

Another weak side the camera is autofocus. This may be a specific firmware problem, but while the smartphone is constantly looking for focus during shooting, because half of the photos go out of focus. Hopefully the developers will fix this issue in an update.

1080p video also suffers from focus issues and poor dynamic range. Electronic image stabilization only works at 720p.

Autonomous work

Zenfone 3 Max has a 4100mAh battery, which is the main attraction of this model. The battery life is impressive, with the screen turned on the device can last 6-7 hours, together with the standby mode it can withstand 24 hours without any problems.

The main advertised feature of a smartphone is its ability to recharge other devices. To do this, the package includes an OTG adapter that can be connected to another smartphone, tablet or smart watch.

Unfortunately, the charging speed is very slow. Having connected with a 1% charge level, after an hour it was possible to increase it to only 17%. At the same time, the Zenfone 3 Max's charge level dropped from 100% to 87%. The smartphone itself does not support fast charging standards. It takes two and a half hours to charge from zero to maximum.

Conclusion

The Asus Zenfone 3 Max is a decent product with a good combination functionality and performance. It offers good design and decent build quality. The quality of the screen is impressive, it is one of the best for the devices in this price category. The performance in everyday use is adequate, the autonomy can be called excellent. There are also good cameras here.

Unfortunately for Asus, Xiaomi offers a more attractive smartphone in terms of value for money, especially the more fast processor... Everything else between these two smartphones is about the same. If you can buy a Redmi Note 3 device in your city, it is rather difficult to recommend Zenfone 3 Max for purchase.

We tried to make the description as good as possible, so that your choice was error-free and deliberate. we may not have exploited this product, but only touched it from all sides, and after you buy it, try it in operation, your review can make this world a better place, if your review is really useful, then we will publish it and give it to you you the opportunity next purchase we do it on the 2nd column.

I welcome all guests and members of the CSN Experts Club!

Today I will introduce you to one of the ASUS notebooks, namely the K553M model.

If you look at the catalog of the CSN store, then the assortment of the model with this designation will be in several versions and with a different price range. This is because the assembly of each one is different. I came across a laptop with the exact model X553MA-SX847D. A year ago, this laptop cost ten thousand rubles less. Now it is no secret to anyone that the price tag for equipment has risen sharply. But, unfortunately, we cannot influence this in any way, and many have long been accustomed to it. Those who have finances buy more productive laptops, and for those who have some difficulties with this, they acquire budget options. It is with such a relatively budgetary solution from ASUS that we will get acquainted in this review!

PACKAGING AND COMPLETE SET

Package:

The laptop comes in a designer box, but as far as I can remember, this design has been used in their laptops for a long time. You will not find any remarkable information on the packaging.

On the front side, in large letters on a black background, there is the company's slogan: "In search of the incredible." The reverse side has a gray background, there is a brief technical specification and a factory sticker that acts as a "seal". There are information stickers on one of the sides.

The packaging has a handle for transport, and makes it easy to transport the laptop after purchase.

The packaging has a folding side. Inside, everything is divided into two sections. Basically there is a laptop, documentation, a software disc, and a charger on the right.

You will not find a rechargeable battery in the scope of delivery. Don't worry, in this model it is not removable, but built-in.

Contents of delivery:

The complete set of this model consists of:

Laptop;

Charger;

Disk with drivers and ASUS software;

User manuals in two languages;

Warranty card;

Additional ASUS documentation.

Compared to previous versions of the company's laptops, this model has a more advanced power supply. It is very compact, for comparison, I demonstrate the dimensions of this charger with a power supply ASUS laptop TP500L. As you can see, the difference is significant.

In this version, not only the dimensions have changed, but also the technical data of the device:

Model - AD890026;

Input - 100-240 ~ 50-60 Hz 0.8A;

Output - 19V = 1.75A

I really liked this reduced version, it is much more convenient than the previous one.

DESIGN

For those who follow the assortment of ASUS notebooks, the design of this model will not seem remarkable. Standard dimensions, light weight, completely plastic case... This is what gives the laptop some kind of mobility, because it weighs only a little more than two kilograms. Even the manufacturer himself attributes this model to the category "for everyday use".

The laptop has a raised surface of the top cover, in the center there is an engraved ASUS logo. The body, as I said, is plastic, black. The unfortunate fact is that the manufacturer did not take into account that fingerprints remain on this surface and they are very clearly visible in the light. Of course, the surface is pleasant to the touch, beautiful in design, but, in my opinion, if you do mobile device, then you need to think about making a surface so that no one thinks about fingerprints.

The bottom of the laptop is made of matte plastic. The lid covers the entire surface, no additional compartments for access to the "stuffing" are provided in this embodiment. To make the "upgrade" you will need to remove the cover completely. Surprisingly, no ventilation holes were found on this surface.

In the center there is a sticker with brief technical instructions, the date of manufacture of the laptop (in our case, May 2015).

At the bottom of the case there are two speaker holes.

To ensure the anti-slip function, the structure has four rubberized feet.

As I wrote above, the dimensions of the device are standard - 252 x 380 x 25.3 mm.

The laptop has two indicator lights, which are located on the front end in the left corner. These indicators are engraved in the work area of the notebook. The first indicator indicates power, the second indicates battery status.

Indicator colors:

1. Green - mains supply;

Orange - battery power;

2. Green - full battery charge;

Orange - Recharging in progress.

If you look at the back end of the laptop, nothing is noticeable at first glance, but it is not - there are ventilation holes here.

All working interfaces of the laptop are located on the left side:

Power supply connector;

RJ-45 network port;

D-SUB connector;

HDMI connector;

USB 3.0 port;

Card reader;

USB 2.0 port;

Headphone-microphone jack.

On the other hand, there is DVD drive and Kensington Castle.

Around the screen is a wide frame made of textured matte black plastic, but the end of the screen has a glossy finish.

The webcam is in a standard place, in the center. At the bottom is the ASUS logo.

The working area of the laptop is a one-piece plastic panel made of textured plastic, this panel deepens into the center. This application in design only brings convenience to use.

The keyboard is standard, island type. The key travel is small. During work, it was noticeable how the keyboard flexes a little, but this fact does not affect the typing in any way.

The keyboard has a numeric keypad, but the Num Look and Caps Look keys have no indicator lights.

The power button is located in the upper right corner and has a rectangular shape, the surface of the button is made in the likeness of the top cover.

Function keys F1-F12, as in many other laptops, and in this version, perform standard functions... The use and activation of which is accompanied by an additional pressing of the Fn key.

The touchpad of the laptop is very interesting. It stands out on the work surface and is pleasant to the touch. The keys are not separated in any way, but form a single whole with the main working area. It was convenient to work with it.

On the left side there is an INTEL sticker, which indicates the presence of Intel processor Pentium in this notebook.

On the right side there is a proprietary ASUS sticker that tells about the features of the laptop:

Effective cooling;

Convenient touch interface;

Clear and powerful sound;

HDMI availability;

Availability of USB 3.0.

SCREEN

This laptop uses a 15.6 inch TN + film matrix.

Brand - Chimei Innolux;

Monitor ID - CMO15A7

Model - N156BGE-L21;

Display resolution - 1366x768 pixels;

The surface of the screen is glossy;

This matrix is budgetary, which affects the viewing angles, the presence of inversion and color distortion ...

BIOS

The BIOS of this laptop model is standard, there is nothing interesting in it.

SOUND

Two stereo speakers are responsible for the sound. Thanks to the SonicMaster technology, the sound does not seem to be too defective. For everyday use it will be just right.

TESTING

The laptop does not come with an operating system. I, in turn, installed Windows 8.1 on it for one 64-bit language.

The package includes a disk with drivers and proprietary software. With its help, the missing drivers were installed, but I did not install the utilities from the disk.

The laptop has a processor - a four-core Intel Pentium N3540 with a frequency of 2.16GHz. There is a built-in video core - Intel (R) HD Graphics.

Equipped with a laptop with one strap random access memory- DDR3 4GB. The speed is low.

The hard disk is the ST500LT012-1DG142. This drive is manufactured by Seagate and is a standard hard drive for notebook computers. Work speed this disk can be attributed to the average.

Let's make a series of tests to check the performance:

Cinebench 15

The results obtained for OpenGL - 6.4FPS and CPU - 122cb, I cannot call successful. This is a small value, but this performance is quite enough to work with office applications.

Fritz Chess Benchmark

SVPmark 3.0.3b

Now let's move on to the benchmark series. First, let's test the laptop using the famous 3D MARK program.

Fire Strike 1.1

Graphics Score - 124;

Physics Score - 1861;

Combined Score - 0.

SKY DIVER 1.0

Graphics Score - 450;

Physics Score - 1316;

Combined Score - 515.

CLOUD GATE 1.1

Graphics Score - 1246;

Physics Score - 1249;

ICE STORM 1.2

Graphics Score - 12588;

Physics Score - 13091;

Benchmark series Unigine.

Heaven 4.0. and Valley Benchmark 1.0.

GAME TESTS

Having received the results on benchmarks, it became clear that you definitely cannot play resource-intensive games on this laptop. But if you still want to play ?! To do this, you can download games from windows store... For example, I tested two games GT Racing 2 and Prime World: Defenders.

2) Prime World: Defenders.

It was convenient, pleasant and interesting to play both the first and the second game. These games are less resource-intensive. Therefore, any freezes and delays are excluded.

TEMPERATURE

During testing, the temperatures were measured several times. The CPUID HWMonitor program helped me with this.

The results are of course predictable. At full load, the peak temperature is very noticeable and palpable. The lack of additional ventilation holes has enough effect on what is happening. Here are the results for comparison:

AUTONOMY

Per autonomous work in this laptop, Li-Ion is responsible accumulator battery- X453-42, I recorded its characteristics programmatically:

Testing the duration of the laptop helped me to carry out the utility - Imtec Battery Mark. Each test was carried out with 100% screen brightness and Wi-Fi enabled.

1) At full load, this laptop can work for about 2 hours;

2) Almost 3 hours is enough to watch a movie;

3) About 3.5 hours will be enough for listening to music;

4) Surfing the internet can take about 4 hours.

5) Reading or typing will be available for about 4.5 hours.

RESULTS

Summing up my acquaintance with this laptop, I cannot fail to note the build quality of this laptop. And to remind everyone that there was a representative with "budget" performance in the review today. Therefore, the results obtained during testing fully confirm its status. This option perfect for both the office and everyday household tasks. The price for this miracle of technology at the time of writing the review was about 26 thousand rubles.

Pros:

High-quality assembly;

Quiet when working;

Good autonomy;

Lightweight and mobile;

Minuses:

Difficult access for "upgrade";

Lack of additional ventilation;

High temperature under load;

Soiled plastic of the case.

Good day. The year 2015 has come, the long holidays are over and working days have begun. Most are aware of the political and financial situation in the country. Those who want to stay afloat begin to work more and often have to take what they did not have time for during working hours and finish at home. In this connection, the only desktop PC in the house is becoming small for the entire family. And as you know, work brings income in family budget, which ensures well-being and stability in the modern world. There is only one thing to do, get another PC! But you no longer need a full-fledged stationary PC, a mobile, portable device is enough. So that after a hard day's work you can stay with him in a convenient place. At the same time, calmly put him on his knees, a blanket, etc. without fear of blocking the air intake openings, which can lead to overheating and rapid failure of the device. The task is set, the budget and requirements are announced, it remains to choose a suitable mobile PC, or rather a "laptop" for such needs.

To your attention a bunch of two great companies represented by ASUS and Intel in one device. The first company produced good laptop and the second equipped it with a great processor. And now, in order and in more detail.

After 2 days of pangs of choice (thanks a lot for the help of the composition of Masters and Gurus), it was decided to buy a laptop ASUS X553M

PACKAGE

The laptop comes in an interesting box / suitcase. Small size, comfortable handle and nothing more.

The characteristics of the device on the packaging.

Opening our suitcase, we see the laptop itself in a protective bag, and next to it in the next compartment is a charger.

A warranty card, user manuals, an information glossy brochure from ASUS and a little more waste paper are stored under the laptop in a small recess.

APPEARANCE

The power supply is unusually compact, more like a charger from a tablet or smartphone. Very a pleasant surprise, compactness is good!

The laptop outwardly looks modest and not defiant.

The lid of the laptop is easily soiled even after a few touches.

The surface is not smooth, perforated pattern.

But the lower part of the laptop, not just not habitually flat and closed, but does not have ventilation holes and a removable battery.

This design allows you to calmly lay your laptop on your lap, bed, etc. There is no need to worry about overheating.

Still, there are a couple of small holes in the front, lower part - these are 2 speakers. At first glance, the location is unfortunate, the hole may close tightly, and the sound will already be hard to hear. But these expectations did not come true, even after the holes were completely covered, the sound passes through the body and the keyboard openings well enough.

WITH back side information stickers about the laptop model and the installed operating system.

All connectors are located exclusively on one side (left). Yes, yes, that's all there is. With USB, of course, they were greedy and very much, providing only 2 connectors, one version 2.0 and 3.0. Perhaps this will be enough for someone, but for those who use a USB mouse and, for example, have access to the Internet via a USB modem, there are no more free ports left! The reason for this decision is not clear to me. Perhaps, the manufacturer considered the use of USB modems as the last century and does not need to increase the number of USB connectors for it. Although the place allowed at least 1 more to place.

Opening the lid, we see a protective shipping sheet for the screen.

Before us is a standard 15.6 "laptop. The manufacturer has installed a full-fledged keyboard with a calculator, there were times when it was absent in budget solutions.

The keyboard, so to speak, is not removable, it is made as one piece with the laptop case, which means that there are no additional joints and transitions. The keyboard has no backlight. There is also no backlight for the on / off button.

The TouchPad is quite large and very comfortable to use.

Information decals from the front of the Intel processor manufacturer to identify the installed Pentium-line processor

And laptop manufacturer ASUS with brief information about the characteristics and technologies used in the laptop.

Here is a little more detailed.

Clean and powerful sound: it's strong here, so to speak, you shouldn't rejoice if the first parameter is still implemented and sounds really clean. That with the second about the power, you can argue strongly, the volume is sufficient, but I had laptops with much powerful acoustics. There are no basses at all, as in the words from the song I love oil: "Music doesn't rock!"

The declared EFFICIENT COOLING is 100% realized during operation, our test laptop is not just cold, it does not heat up at all (but more on that later). Ask how is it possible without ventilation holes? Of course not possible, no one said that they do not exist at all! They are and are in the back, hidden from view, in the hinge of the cover / monitor and are not immediately visible.

The glossy surface of the monitor reflects everything perfectly, as usual with such monitors it is not very comfortable. When bright, sunlight shines into the monitor and you have to observe not the image displayed by the laptop, but the reflection.

TESTING

The viewing angles, I would not say that they are very good when you are sitting in front of the monitor, and even if it is turned a little to the side, it can be seen well. But a little more to deviate to the side, then the image is not the same.

I give you the daisy of the monitor viewing angles, so to speak.

The webcam did not bring any surprises, the quality is sufficient to communicate on Skype, but no more.

An example of a photograph from a laptop camera, it's not worth talking about any bright colors and sharpness:

The camera itself is located, standard at the top of the monitor frame on the laptop lid. Here is a small, so to speak, SURPRISE, in addition to the standard microphone and camera, there is an LED backlight between them! Honestly, of course, she shines slightly, but in a dark room, she is capable of illuminating her face a little when talking on Skype. A trifle, but nice!

From left to right: microphone, lighting, camera

Let's start a little testing of the laptop itself.

CPU-Z will help us with this.

At idle, the processor operates at reduced frequencies.

The rest of the CPU-Z readings.

Hard HDD disk firms Western digital volume of 500 GB.

I will say right away, running a little ahead, that this part is the loudest when the laptop is in operation, because CO is practically silent at all. If you replace it with an SSD, you practically get a tablet.

split into 2 parts, C and D.

For the sake of sports interest, I tested both parts (although the meaning of this act if hard 1).

Disk C, the readings are not to say super, but average.

But Disk D surprised me, not critical but low readings (hard then 1 and the same).

Well, how can it be without STRESS TEST LinX FIRE PROCESSOR:

When idle, about +40 ° C, I think the result is quite good. This is confirmed by the effective cooling system from ASUS.

Note that CO is not audible at all in idle when surfing the Internet with listening to music.

But during the stress test, the processor warmed up to an impressive +88 ° C, and only at this temperature, you could hear a LITTLE CO! At the same time, barely warm air blew out of the ventilation hole.

If you turn to the source of information on Intel official website, we will see that the processor did not even reach its critical temperature of +100 ° C.

This is why CO is so quiet and very effective. And don't forget that this is a LinX stress test that loads the processor so hard that when home use you will not achieve such loads. This means that the processor will not exceed +60 ° C, which will not even strain the CO.

Let's summarize:

Honestly, I expected less from a budget NON-GAMING laptop.

4 full cores from INTEL + 4 GB of RAM make this laptop quite nimble. And the thought that you have under your hands will not even occur to you budget device... Of course, you won't be able to play modern games on such a laptop, you may not even try! But you will not only succeed in launching old, non-demanding games of 2000-2005 in the form of CS 1.6, Call of Duty (first, second part), Command & Conquer Generals, but you will also be able to play!

But my surprises are not over, the laptop worked without recharging for almost 4 hours when surfing the Internet and 2/3 of the screen brightness !!! This is just a great result. Watching movies put the battery in 2.5 hours at full screen brightness.

Pros:

Smart 4-core processor

Backlight webcam

Long enough battery life

Excellent SB

Compact power supply

Minuses:

Only 2 USB ports

Sound is not loud enough

No backlight on / off button

The laptop did not understand for a reason, it was not bought for myself.

If something goes wrong in advance, sorry. Write, criticism is accepted. This is my first review of a laptop.

The Asus x553m laptop has established itself as a good office solution for those people who need a laptop just for this and nothing more. As with any other device, the Asus x553m has positive aspects, however, with the further, there were also negative ones. First of all, the cost of the device is striking - it is quite democratic, while there is a sane processor on board, for 2 or 4 cores to choose from, however, the built-in adapter and the lack of RAM in some modifications kill all the advantages, as a rule, it is not enough for modern man 2GB of RAM, despite the fact that the lion's share is eaten by the pre-installed WIN 8. The built-in adapter will not allow you to play most games, although if you set yourself exclusively to work with text, surfing the Internet and watching streaming video, then the Asus x553m laptop is a pretty good choice ...

Conclusion
