The presence of a printer in the arsenal of home appliances, along with a computer, is becoming almost the norm today. For the most part, only ordinary word-documents are printed on home printers, moreover, directly from Microsoft Word and in their "natural" form - that is, the pages are displayed sequentially one after another and exactly one page is located on each sheet. However, with equal success, a home printer can be used to print ordinary documents in a more complex form (for example, in the form of brochures or booklets), as well as for printing large-format documents and photographs or printed projects formed on their basis, such as calendars and postcards. This is not difficult to do, although you have to acquire a specialized application that would allow you to quickly and effortlessly get high-quality prints. How? Depends on the tasks facing the user, in the foreshortening of which we will consider software solutions.
Printing pictures
If you are an amateur photographer and often resort to printing photographs, then you should get a specialized utility - with the help of such utilities, printing pictures in a given format can be much easier and faster. To do this, you just need to indicate the photos (they may even be in different sources), determine the size of the frames and the option for their placement on the sheet, choosing the desired template, if necessary, correct the placement of photos on the layout by swapping them and cropping them and sending them to print. Moreover, sometimes in such solutions it is possible not only to print pictures according to a template, but also to create collages, posters, calendars, postcards, etc. on their basis, and in a matter of minutes. As an example of such solutions, we stopped at paid programs ACD FotoSlate, ArcSoft PhotoPrinter, Pics Print, PhotoCool, Photo Print Pilot and PrintStation and free MultiPrint. The most functional of them is ACD FotoSlate, which stands out for a huge number of built-in templates (there are 450 of them) and, in fact, is a cross between a utility for printing pictures and a multi-purpose program for preparing a wide variety of printing projects. All other solutions are more focused on printing photos in popular formats (9x12, 10x14, 10x15, 13x18, 15x20, etc.), although some of them also have a certain set of more complex templates (and not those in which pictures are simply placed based on the specified photo format). Printing brochures and booklets
Usually, it is customary to print documents on a printer in A4 format from applications where they were created or viewed, and only on one side of the sheet, followed by stapling the resulting pack of printouts with a stapler. - and the file format (I do not change it, I leave it by default).
Ready! This file will now appear on your computer desktop.
You can do whatever you want with this document. For example, upload to a USB flash drive, send by e-mail, open for further editing or delete.
By the way, if you are working on a large document, I recommend that you make intermediate saves. And the more often the better.
5. How to upload a text file to a USB flash drive
Everything is very simple.
1. Insert the USB stick into your computer.
2. On your desktop, find and open My computer(or simply A computer).
3. In the window that opens, you should see Removable drive, click on it 2 times:

4. Now find our text file, we saved it with you in the previous paragraph on the desktop. Click on it with the RIGHT mouse button, and in the menu that appears, select Copy:

6. How to print a document on a printer
