When deleting any files or folders in the operating system Windows theme, they are first placed in a special temporary storage called the recycle bin. Now, when you connect a new removable drive to your computer, a hidden folder will appear on it Recycle.bin, that is, the basket. It is in it that all the files that you delete from this drive will be placed in.
To make it convenient to use the created basket, enable the display hidden files and folders (Control Panel> Folder Options> View> Show hidden files, folders and drives) and create an appropriate shortcut for the trash can. The recycle bin is formed on each disk at the behest of Windows - that's how it was done (Windu). In principle, that's right, it's just superfluous on an SSD. You just need to turn off System Restore on these temporary disks. Well, if there are already these folders (RECYCLE.BIN, RECYCLER, System Volume Information), then they should be deleted. A recycle bin is created on any partition of the disk, except for the boot one, by default. This file is included in the system group and is simply not visible. If you delete something not on the system disk, then the data goes to the trash of your directory, and not system disk... This has been posted and discussed on numerous occasions.
