The program for calculating construction estimates VinSmeta (WinSmeta). The program for calculating construction estimates VinSmeta (WinSmeta) We will continue training in the estimate program

Description

Purpose:
WinEssay NEO is a modern software package that allows you to fully automate workplace estimate engineer and the development and preparation of estimate documentation corresponding to the most modern requirements. Rich set functionality, ease of use and ease of training make WinSet NEO one of the market leaders software in construction.

The program solves the following tasks:
WinSeta NEO program provides its users with the following main functionalities:

  • Creation of estimates (local, object), resource estimates, acts of performance (percentages) with the possibility of accumulation, lists of resource requirements, lists of write-offs, M-29;
  • Using both traditional (basic, basic-index, mixed) and modern (resource using current prices) calculation methods;
  • Work with standard reference books (standards 1984, 1991, MTSN 81-98 and TSN-2001 for Moscow, GESN-2001, FER-2001, TER-2001 for different regions RF, supplied in the format of the program, as well as the correction of existing and creation of their own (for example, resource) reference books;
  • Possibility fast transfer positions from directories to the estimate, simultaneous viewing of the directory and the estimate on the screen, convenient search for prices in the directory by code or by keyword;
  • Division of material and other resources of the estimate into several groups ("Customer's materials" and "Contractor's materials"), application different ways formation and limitation of costs both for the entire document and for any part of it, including separate material;
  • Simultaneous opening of several directories and several estimates;
  • Creation of any structure of estimates (with sections and subsections);
  • Setting the accuracy of calculations (up to what decimal place to perform intermediate calculations);
  • Import of directories from ABC format (required to connect "local" prices), export of ready-made estimates in ARPS format, in Excel (tabulated text), in DBF format;
  • Selection and creation of a personal table of exchange rates, as well as conducting both preliminary and final calculations in any currency;
  • Comparison and verification of estimates with other estimates and normative collections.

Implementation results:

  • The convenience of use
    The unique interface, developed at one time for the WinSmeta 2000 program, remains at the moment one of the most convenient to use. On your virtual desktop, you can always have both the estimated estimate and the source reference books. Positions from the reference book into the estimate are simply transferred with the mouse.
    Documents created and used in the program are managed using a convenient document manager. They can be freely transferred between the workstations of the program both over the network and through removable media
  • Structuring information
    All information on the item of the estimate (or reference book) in order to improve perception is structured and located on the appropriate tabs in the lower half of the screen. This approach provides fast and convenient viewing and editing information by category.
  • Printout
    The user can choose the output forms at his own discretion. Editing and printing of output documents is carried out in any text editor that recognizes the RTF format. If necessary, the user can also change the templates of the output forms and create their own.
  • Compatibility with other software
    In the program WinSeta NEO it is possible to transfer data for use in other software products... The flexible built-in language of the output forms allows you to send estimate data in almost any format, including html, xml, dbf, txt, csv and others.
    A special ARPS format is used to exchange data with other estimated programs.

No one major project, for example, construction is not complete without budgeting. It is important to calculate all expenses in advance, indicate every detail and display the total amount of expenses. You will often have to refer to the tables of estimates, therefore, for convenience, we recommend using special programs. In this article we will consider WinSmeta - one of the representatives of such software.

The welcome window contains templates and templates for various projects. It will be useful for new users to choose one of the estimates compiled by the developers in order to get acquainted with all the functions of the program and study in detail the structure of the tables. A project is also created in this window, on the right is an editable form with general information.

Workspace

Pay attention to the main window. It is divided into several parts, each of which interacts with each other. Above are useful tools and pop-up menus with various functions and settings. The view of the main window is edited by the user, the display of tables, signs and elements is customizable.

Table item tabs

Each row in the table has important information with prices, materials, schedules and other components. It is quite difficult to fit everything into one window, and viewing and working with data will be difficult. Therefore, the developers have introduced a set of thematic tabs for each element of the table. This is where information is managed, viewed and collected. This section also has its own management tools.

Creating rows in a table

The program contains an unlimited number of positions, and the first tab in the lower window is responsible for their description. We recommend that you fill out this form first, after creating the line. Each project template has several row types that can be selected from the pop-up menus on the right. This function will come in handy during the search if there are too many elements in the estimate.

Making lists

It is not convenient to store all information in a table, in some cases it is better to use a list. After creating it, you can assign the list to a specific string by entering a code into the form. Above there are several controls, among which we want to note sorting. Use this function if you need to change the order in which strings are constructed according to specific information.

Estimate properties

While working with the project, we recommend that you pay attention to the menu with the properties of the estimate. Here, both general parameters and some details are set. This function will be especially useful if the estimate is made to order. The customer will be able to find all the necessary information in this window, where everything is divided into tabs that contain certain forms to fill out.

View estimate amount

In a separate tab in the window "Properties of the estimate" there are all the necessary information about the cost of materials, the total amount of expenses. The information is displayed in accordance with the data that the user entered into the tables, the program simply organizes them, summarizes the necessary and creates a list. At the top there are several filters, applying which, only certain numbers will be displayed.

Costs, materials consumed and much more are also available for viewing in the form of graphs. In the project properties, you need to go to the dedicated tab, where there is a pop-up menu, in which the user selects the required schedule. Information is also taken from the table filled in in advance.

Possibilities of setting WinSeta

The program offers many different parameters that will help you to customize WinCost not only visually, but also functionally. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with all the tabs, in them you can customize the software for yourself by enabling or disabling some tools, setting autorun, or adding passwords to projects.

Dignity

  • Russian language is present;
  • Simple and intuitive control;
  • A wide range of tools and functions;
  • Systematization and sorting of data.

disadvantages

  • The program is distributed for a fee.

Win Estimate - special program, which will help to compile tables of costs for a specific process, be it renovation, construction or something else. Before buying, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with trial version software that offers 30 days of free use without restrictions.

Foreword

The estimate program should be functionally convenient and intuitive. This ensures high-quality full-fledged work of the estimator without errors.

Content

The estimate program should be functionally convenient and intuitive. This ensures high-quality full-fledged work of the estimator without errors. These requirements are met by free program for budgeting WinSmeta. But, despite the fact that "Vinsmeta" is intuitive for the estimator, we suggest that you familiarize yourself with detailed guidance to organize work in it.

Budgeting is pretty boring. Today, almost no one composes them by hand. There are many software tools, intended for drawing up construction estimates. Many of them differ in that they are designed not only for "advanced" specialists, but also for ordinary people who have never done this before. This chapter discusses some of the programs with which you can quickly draw up a high-quality construction or repair estimate yourself.

Free budgeting software WinSmeta

We will begin our acquaintance with IT solutions designed to automate the creation of construction estimates with such a product as a free software for estimating WinSmeta. It was developed by Russian authors, the web page of the program is www.winsmeta.com.

The capabilities implemented in the program provide for the solution of the following tasks:

  • formation, editing and printing of any construction estimates;
  • building a branched structure of the estimate with any number of sections and positions in each of them;
  • inclusion of items in the estimate directly from the directory, which is part of the program, and if necessary, changes can be made to the item during the transfer process;
  • making adjustments to the directory and adding new directories of arbitrary purpose and content to the program, depending on the needs of the user;
  • flexible adjustment of program parameters, which allows you to take into account the specifics of any construction;
  • construction and printing of various reporting forms: estimate, certificate of completion, resource sheet, write-off sheet, etc.

In addition, the capabilities of WinSmeta allow you to solve other problems, depending on the needs of the user and the specifics of a particular situation.

Program for estimates for construction and renovation

The proposed program of construction estimates has a convenient user interface. The program allows you to make an estimate of the repair, for this it is enough to change some positions in the reference book. The user interface of the program is simple and ergonomic, making it understandable even for beginners. Its content may depend on current regime work. Here is one of the most requested options.

After opening, the program window shows only the title bar, main menu and toolbar. To fill the workspace with data, you must select the appropriate operating mode - open the estimate created earlier with the help of the "File Open" command, or create a new one ( detailed description these procedures will be given below). On the left is a list of sections and positions of the estimate, and on the right is the contents of the directory, the positions of which are transferred to the estimate (how to do this will also be described below).

The title bar (it is located at the very top of the window, above the main menu) shows the name of the program and the path to the file current document(estimate or reference book). If both the estimate and the reference are open, then the title bar contains the path to the estimate file.

The program for calculating a construction estimate has features

In such a product as the program for calculating estimates WinSmeta, you can work with two types of documents - estimates and reference books. In this case, the following rules must be observed: the name of the estimate file must start with the letter d, and the name of the reference file must start with the letter b; in addition, estimate and reference files must have the extension ".db." All files of the created estimates are located in the program directory in the Sme folder, and reference files in the Spr folder. These are some of the features that the Vinsmeta program has.

The main menu of the construction estimate program is located under the title bar and contains the items "File", "Section", "Position", "Transfer", "Reports", "Reference", "List", "Options" and "Questions". You will learn how to work with the most popular menu commands below, but for now, let's briefly consider the purpose of each menu.

The "File" menu commands are designed to create new and open previously created documents, delete them, rename, copy and export and import data.

With the help of the commands of the "Section" menu, actions are performed with the sections of the current estimate or reference book, and with the help of the commands of the "Position" menu - with the positions of the section. In particular, these commands allow you to add, change, delete the corresponding elements and perform other actions (price calculation, etc.).

Training to work in the estimated program "Vinsmeta"

Next, we will consider some of the points that are included in the training of "Vinsmete", or rather to work with her user interface... The "Menu" "Section" and the "Position" menu are available only if the estimate file, the reference file, or both files are open at the same time.

Work in the estimate program should take into account that the commands included in the "Transfer" menu are designed to transfer the current position of the reference book to the estimate. If necessary, in the process, you can adjust the position added to the estimate.

With the help of the commands contained in the "Reports" menu, reporting forms are generated and configured based on the estimate data.

The "Reference" menu includes the commands necessary for working with reference books, as well as quick search one of them.

The commands of the "List" menu are designed to call up the lists corresponding to the current estimate: costs, materials, machines and the complete list.

Using the "Options" menu commands, you can go to the program settings. Menu commands "?" are designed to call context-sensitive help, useful tips and information about the current version of the application.

Many commands of the main menu are duplicated by the corresponding buttons on the toolbar.

Preparing the program for work

To prepare to work with the program, it is advisable to view, if necessary, edit the settings and enter the initial data.

As mentioned above, you can go to the program settings using the commands of the "Options" menu. The first thing to do is edit the details of the contractor organization. To switch to the appropriate mode, execute the "Contractor" command in the "Options" menu - the following window will appear.

The values of all fields are entered from the keyboard. The information provided here will subsequently be used in the printed form of the estimate.

In the "Name" field, enter the surname and initials of the director of the contractor company, and in the "Name" field - its full name. In the fields "Estimator" and "Controller", the "full name" of the compiler of this estimate and the person who checked its accuracy are indicated, respectively. The City field contains the name of the settlement where the contractor is located, and the Telephone field contains the contractor's phone number with the city code.

To save the data entered about the contractor, click the "OK" button. The "Cancel" button is intended to exit this window without saving the entered information.

The capabilities of the program provide for the compilation and maintenance of a list of limited costs (markups). The information contained in this list may be required during the budgeting process. To start working with this list, in the Options menu, execute the command "Limit costs" - the following window will appear.

Here is a list of previously generated limited costs. For each position, its name and calculation formula are displayed. It should be noted that by default the program already contains several limited costs.

To enter a new position, click the "Insert" button. To make changes to an existing position, select it in the list by clicking the mouse button and click the "Modify" button. In both the first and second cases, the following window will be displayed.

In the "Name" field, the name of the position is indicated, and in the "Formula" field, a formula is entered, according to which the amount of limited costs will be calculated.

"WinSmeta" - training in some functions

Training to work in "WinSmeta" includes some features of working with formulas for calculating items and parameters.

Formulas in WinSmeta are compiled using the following legend: "З" - the amount of costs, "СЗ" - total costs (taking into account markups), "НР" - overhead costs, "Т" - labor intensity, "ЗП" - the amount of wages, "MASH" - the cost of operating machines and mechanisms , "ZPMASH" - the wages of drivers, "TMASH" - the labor costs of drivers, "M" - the cost of materials.

If there is no formula for any item, then this item is a line of the "TOTAL" type.

We will continue training in the estimate program

Let's continue to consider the estimate program: training will require specific knowledge of the operations of editing directories. The list of limited costs is compiled individually for each estimate. By default, for all new estimates, the program suggests using a list of limited costs, which can be changed according to needs.

To remove an item from the list of limited costs, select it by clicking the mouse button and press the Delete key. In this case, WinSmeta will ask you to confirm this operation.

When the list of limited costs has been edited properly, to save the changes, click the "OK" button. The "Cancel" button is intended to exit this window without saving changes.

The list of limited costs for sections of the estimate "Options Limited costs for sections" is configured in the same way.

The capabilities of WinSmeta provide for the entry of key parameters of the work contract, which will subsequently be offered by default when creating new estimates. To switch to the corresponding mode, execute the command "Options Terms of Agreement" - the following window will be displayed.

In the "Construction" field, enter information about the upcoming work, briefly characterizing their essence (for example, "Construction of a warehouse"), and in the "Object" field - the type of object under construction (for example, "Warehouse"). The type of work to be performed is entered in the "Jobs" field, and the address at which they will be carried out - in the "Address" field.

At the bottom of this window, enter the number of the object and the estimate, as well as the basis for drawing up the estimate (for example, the project).

The key parameters of the contract are entered by pressing the "OK" button. Using the "Cancel" button, you can exit the window without saving the changes.

As mentioned above, the information entered in this window will be suggested by default when creating a new estimate. However, situations are not excluded when they will have to be changed for a specific estimate. To go to the corresponding window, one should execute the "File Terms of Agreement" command. To go to the window presetting print settings, you should execute the command "Options Printing options".

The program implements the ability to use different fonts for printing tables and headings, which significantly improves the clarity and readability of documents. You can customize the font for printing tables in the Font for printing tables area. In the "Name" field, select the required font type, and in the "Size" field - its appropriate size. By default, the "Name" field contains the "Courier New Cyr" font, which is assigned the size "9".

You can customize the appearance for document titles in the Font area for printing titles. In the "Title" field from the drop-down list, select the required font type, and then enter the font sizes in the fields below for printing the following headings: title, main, section heading and others. By default, the “Title” field is set to “Times New Roman Cyr” font, and the font size for all headings, but others, is set to “10”. For other headings, the default font size is "9".

At the bottom of the window, in the "Editor" field, the path to the executable file is displayed word processor, used to create printed forms of documents (by default it is "Word"). To specify the path to the executable file of another application, click the "Find" button to the right of this field, as a result of which the corresponding window will be displayed.

After completing the setting of the print parameters, you need to save their values by pressing the "OK" button. The "Cancel" button is intended to exit this mode without saving the changes made.

The selected print settings will be applied by default when creating new estimates, however, if necessary, you can make changes to them.

Reference books in the program "WinSmeta"

The WinSmeta installation package contains several officially approved guides that are required to compile various estimates. You can also create any directories yourself and add the necessary information to them.

As mentioned above, the commands of the "Reference" menu are intended for working with reference books. Immediately after starting the program this menu locked - its use is possible only when a directory is open.

This can be done using the "File Open Directory" command. When it is executed, a window for selecting a directory file is displayed.

In this window, you must select the name of the directory that you want to open. To do this, click on the appropriate position in the list on the left side of the window and press the "OK" button.

When specific file is selected with the mouse pointer, its name will be displayed in the "File name" field at the top left, and in the "Description" field - short description reference book (summarizing the characteristics of the information contained in it).

The "Description" field greatly facilitates the search for the required reference, since it is not always possible to determine what information is stored in the file only by the name of the file. The value of this field can be edited. To save the changes made, you need to click the "Save" button, which becomes available only after making the changes.

By default, all directories are stored in the program directory in the "Spr" file; the name of the reference file must start with the letter b, and the file itself must have the extension ".db."

Use the "Disks" drop-down list to select a drive for your computer. To view the contents of a disk or folder, double-click on the corresponding position in the "Folders" field.

You can create a new directory file yourself. The next time you open it, the reference window will be empty, and you will also have to fill it in yourself.

If you select any of the previously created files in the list of files by clicking the mouse button and click "OK", an informational message will be displayed that a file with the same name already exists, with a proposal to replace it. If you give a positive answer to this request, then the directory, the file of which is highlighted in the list, will become empty. More precisely, a new directory file with the same name will be created in its place, and the new directory, of course, will be empty until you fill it in. It is undesirable to replace the existing directory with a new empty one with the same name.

In the "Name" field of the file, by default, a template for the name of the reference file is displayed, which must be strictly adhered to.

The path to save the file is indicated in the "Folders" field (by default, the "Spr" folder is offered, which is located in the WinSmeta directory). It is not recommended to change this path unnecessarily.

At the bottom of the window, in the "Description" field, you can enter brief description generated file reference book - this will later help you quickly understand what information it contains.

The process of creating a new reference book is completed by clicking the "OK" button in this window.

After creating a new or selecting an existing directory, its window will be displayed.

This dialog contains a list of the directory sections and items included in each section. For each of them, the name and unit of measurement are displayed. The section names are presented in capital characters, the unit of measure for the section is not displayed.

WinSmeta implements the ability to work with two directories at once: in this case, the first part of the window contains the one opened first, and the left part contains the one opened later. To switch to this mode of operation, when the directory is open, execute the "Directory With Directory" command - the file selection window will appear, in which the second directory is selected according to the usual rules.

This function is convenient, in particular, for transferring positions from the source directory located in the right part of the window to the destination directory. Items are transferred as follows.

In the source reference book, by clicking the mouse button, the transferred position is selected (it is not transferred in the literal sense of the word, but copied), and in the receiving reference book in the same way the position is marked after which the transferred position should be located. Then the command "Transfer Transfer" is executed - the operation will be performed.

You can make changes to the position to be transferred. To do this, execute the command "Transfer Transfer with changes" - the following window will open.

You can also transfer positions from one directory to another by dragging them using the mouse button or the "Enter" key (before that, do not forget to select the position to be transferred).

Return to work with one reference book is performed by the command “Reference Only Reference”. To work with two references again, it is enough to execute the “Reference With Reference” command or press “Ctrl + K”.

To switch to the editing mode of a reference book position, select it in the list, right-click and execute the "Change position" context menu command. A window will appear where you can make the necessary changes. In a similar window, new items are added to the directory; to go to it, execute the "Insert Position" context menu command or press "Insert".

To remove an item from the directory, select it, press right button mouse, and in context menu select the item "Destroy position" or press the "Delete" key. In this case, WinSmeta will ask you to confirm this operation.

The "Reference Find Reference" command is designed to search for the required reference. When it is executed, the window for selecting a directory file is displayed, where the required actions are performed.

My estimate is, as the name suggests, a small program for creating estimates. In fact, this is a program for operations with data presented in two-dimensional array- a spreadsheet. The program is very easy to operate and will allow you to get started with calculating the estimate and calculating the cost various works with little or no preparation. It is perfect for small firms and individuals who are faced with the need to estimate and estimate additional costs for materials, various services, and so on.

The main window of the program consists of a list of created or imported estimates that can be copied, edited, created, deleted, exported to XLS formats and HTML, as well as sort by various parameters or use a filter. In order to create an estimate, you need to click on the button Create a new estimate after which the "New estimate" window will open, in which there will be several fields that must be filled in. This is the date, estimate number, customer, object, type of work, contractor and team. The program automatically saves all entered data, which can later be reused without typing again. The next window will actually add materials, works and other services. You can create an unlimited number of sections, the program itself calculates the costs for each section and the cost of the total costs. It is possible to print the entire estimate, calculate the cost and the certificate of completion. The program itself generates the necessary forms. You can also mark the payment of the estimate, additional costs, and add comments, set a percentage discount and the amount of VAT.
